  • Which plan is right for me?

    It depends on your schedule. If you plan to train early mornings or late evenings, the Full-Time plan is for you. If you only train during daytime, the Daytime Membership. Training for a race? We recommend the Hyrox plan. Want one-on-one sessions? Personal Training. If you're not sure, come in for a Gym Visit and let's talk.

  • Can membership be paused?

    Yes. We offer a pause option for health, extended travel or work obligations. Conditions vary by plan type; for specifics, visit reception or message us on WhatsApp.

  • How much do annual plans save vs. monthly?

    Annual plans offer a significant discount over monthly billing. The exact rate changes seasonally; click 'Message for Pricing' for a tailored quote.

  • What does the first week look like?

    For new members we run a short onboarding assessment: movement check, mobility scan and a brief chat about your goals. Your first week uses scaled-down versions of the workouts; coaches keep a close eye on you throughout.

  • Do I get guest passes?

    Some plans include a monthly guest pass — your guest's first workout is free. To confirm coverage for your specific plan, just reach out.

  • Can I train with a specific coach?

    In class workouts, the coach scheduled for that hour leads the session. If you want one-on-one with a specific coach, the Personal Training plan is built for that.
