How Do I Start CROSSFIT?
All you need to do is come in for a gym visit. We plan the rest together.

What Happens in Your First Class?
Class starts with the coach walking through the day's WOD. Warm-up first, then skill work, then the main workout, then cool-down. When you tell the coach you're new, they'll personally show you the right scaling version. Day one you'll be tired, day two your muscles will be sore, day three you may feel wiped out. Come anyway. Everyone who gets through the first two weeks sticks with CrossFit.

What to Wear & Bring
Flexible, comfortable workout clothes. Choose a sweat-wicking fabric over cotton — you'll feel the difference. A flat-soled shoe suited to functional training. Running shoes can feel too soft under heavy squats. Bring a water bottle, a towel, and a clean change of clothes for after.
