Short answer: everyone. Age, weight, and prior experience don't matter. CrossFit is open to every level; what matters are two things: good coaching and scaling matched to your level.

You may have never trained before. CrossFit actually creates the biggest meaningful change for this group. We start with a short assessment, then ease you in with scaled-down versions over the first few weeks.

People Already Training Another Sport

People Already Training Another Sport

Runner, cyclist, swimmer — you can use CrossFit as your main sport or as cross-training. Strength, mobility, and conditioning develop at the same time; your performance in your primary sport goes up, and your resistance to injury improves.

Age 40 and Up

A significant portion of our members are 40+. Functional strength training is one of the most powerful known tools against aging — for muscle mass, bone density, and balance.

Herniated disc, knee injury, shoulder issue — once the coach knows, the program is adjusted accordingly. A movement that shouldn't be performed is swapped out with scaling. Get clearance from your doctor first, then visit the gym and share your situation with us.
