Gym Rules
Training is serious work, and so is respect. These rules exist so everyone can train effectively, safely, and honestly — they're shared habits, not restrictions.

01 · Section
General Rules
Arrive on time — being late means missing the warm-up, and that raises injury risk. Put equipment back as you found it: bars, plates, kettlebells — everything in its place. Keep the box clean: no food inside, no trash on the floor. Silence your phone during training; if you need music, wear headphones.

02 · Section
During Training
We don't talk while the coach is explaining a movement — if you have a question, raise your hand. Form first, speed second — fast reps with bad form don't count. Don't comment on another athlete's pace or technique; everyone runs their own WOD. Save your questions for after the workout.

03 · Section
Health & Safety
If you have an injury, tell the coach before starting — scaling begins there. If you feel faint, dizzy, or nauseous, stop immediately and notify the coach. Don't skip hydration — bring a water bottle. Don't show up hungry; a banana, a few nuts, or a small yogurt is enough.

04 · Section
Equipment Use
Lower bars to the ground under control — dropping them damages both the equipment and the floor. Wipe sweat off bars and machines for the next athlete. If you have your own gear (jump rope, weightlifting shoes, knee sleeves), put it away when you're done. Don't use unfamiliar equipment without asking a coach.
