Reflecting CrossFit's ideal training program approach, Benchmark Wods were also created to measure the performance development of CrossFit people over time. In addition, these WODs are regularly used in training programs to reveal some invisible aspects and details in the development process of athletes. Benchmark WODs are distinguished from other WODs by giving a woman's name.
